      Am is used to talk about present continuous.

   

             Example: 

                              I am writing a letter to  my parents.

                              I am going to temple.

                              I am eating food.

            Questions forms: 

                              Am I looking well today?

                              Who am I ?

                               Am I doing balance work.

               Negative forms:

                               I am not interested to see this movie.

                               I am not good listener.

                               I am not going to listen any lesson from others.

               Negative interrogation forms:

                               Am I not singing well.

                               Am I not going to watch the cricket match in Vizag.

          Is is used to say about present existence.
